I’ve been sleeping on this for a few weeks now, and I can feel the difference in my back. It gives me the support I need without feeling too firm, and I’m not waking up sore or twisted like I used to. For me, it’s been a really noticeable improvement.

I’d been dealing with some annoying back pain, and after trying this, I woke up feeling noticeably less sore. It didn’t completely fix everything overnight, but it definitely helped take the edge off, which I really appreciated.

Once they received the item, they told me something like, “Your refund should process shortly,” and it actually did show up a few days later. No runaround, no confusing back-and-forth, and no weird extra hassle. It was way easier than I thought it would be.

The white glove delivery was smooth overall. The guys set up the bed for me and took all the trash out, which I really appreciated. They did show up a bit past the delivery window, which was a little frustrating, but they were nice and apologetic about it. I feel like as long as everything gets set up properly and they handle it respectfully, that’s what matters, right?

There were a lot of mattress options, maybe almost too many because I kept second-guessing which one was right. But I ended up finding what I needed, so overall it worked out

The new smell was noticeable at first, but it faded after just one night, so that was a relief. I do wish the info about what to expect had been clearer though, because I wasn’t sure if the smell was normal or how long it was supposed to last

I got my Tempur-Pedic about a month ago, it’s been a big difference. At first it felt kinda weird, like firmer or different than what I was used to, so it took me a few nights to settle into it. The cooling is where I’m a little less impressed. It’s not like I’m overheating every night, but I still wake up warm sometimes. Maybe it’s my sheets or the room temperature, but for the price, I expected it to sleep cooler. It’s a good mattress, just not quite as cooling as I was hoping

For me, the biggest win has been the motion isolation. My husband is up and down a few times during the night, and I used to wake up almost every time. Now I barely feel him move, which feels like a small miracle. It did take me a couple nights to adjust to the feel, but once I did, I started sleeping so much better. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

I ended up having to return my Tempur-Pedic pillow because it just wasn’t the right fit for me. i was expecting the whole thing to be annoying. Nope.

The instructions were super clear, and I got the return label quickly. No weird back-and-forth, no sitting around waiting forever. Easy.

My refund also showed up sooner than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. Overall, the return process was really smooth. Relief. 5 stars from me.

The delivery guys were nice enough, but I’m kind of tired of having to deal with these kinds of service hiccups. The setup took longer than I expected, and they ended up leaving some packaging behind, which was annoying to clean up after. The bed itself feels fine so far, so no major complaints there, but the whole delivery/setup part wore me out a bit

I was happy with how they handled the delivery. They kept me updated the whole way, like when the order was confirmed, when it was getting ready, when it was on the way, and even around the time it was about to arrive. The delivery window they gave me was right on, not one of those vague “sometime today” situations, or “between morning and night” kind of things. It showed up when they said it would, which made it super easy to plan around.

I’ll be honest, these took longer to break in than I expected. At first they didn’t feel quite right, and you start wondering if they’re going to work out. After wearing them for a while though, they’re feeling okay now...

We sleep on it every single night, and it hasn’t developed any sagging spots or weird lumps at all. It definitely wasn’t cheap, which made me a little nervous at first, but looking back, I’m so glad we went for it. It has held up way better than our old mattress ever did, and I genuinely feel happy with the purchase.
